Very happy customer ! The mechanics do great work at reasonable prices. I always have a great experience booking appointments with Frank at the front, and most recently had the pleasure of dealing with Rick, who went above and beyond. He found me multiple quotes, arranged several appointments for me, sent me photos of the issues, and even got back to me on a Sunday! Will be back to Nordals again...hopefully not too soon tho
Friendly guys behind the counter. Got an out of province inspection, they failed it. Brought it to another shop and they said those parts that where considered worn loose where actually tight and that he would not have failed them, however the rack and pinion boots where torn and the battery tie down was missing and that he would certainly have failed those aswell.
