I had appt 3 months out for my dog to have 2 baby pulled that hadn't come on their own she's 8 months. I called back and asked isn't that to long ? They said im paying discount prices if I wanted to pay more they could get her in well how absurd never told me this before would have let her wait I was passed took her to another place they got her in right. Away iwill not be back there again which. Being under already they spayed her to which needed to be done now .

My annual for my kitty experired 29 May - it's 25 June. I asked for a 1x flea med prior to bringing her in and they were unanle to accomodate my request. Her fleas are seasonal and she is only treated a couple times a year - strictly indoor cat. In the midst of a global pandemic they are unable to accomodate while healthcare providers are able to prescribe via telephone consults. Although the lady on the phone was very pleasent I've decided to take my pet elsewhere. 😥
Dr Choi and Dr Kim almost killed my dog. Took 2 surgeries and medication to bring her back from the mutilation they did to her and then refused to see her when she was actively bleeding. Refused to see her. Dr Choi blocked our way.
Great staff and great service :) my baby Glen was well taken care of.

Dr Tran and Staff were fantastic with Princess and I. Dr Tran saved her. We had been into another dr in Chula Vista with no luck and she was only getting worse. Dr Tran was very active in making sure she was taken care of. Thanks Dr. Tran and staff
