I have taken all my kids here for their braces. They have been absolutely amazing! The do phenomenal work and the doctor and staff are so kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them!!
I'm happy to say that Nord Orthodontics made things right and were able to help me resolve the issue with the insurance. Since I don't see a way to delete my previous review I wanted to leave another to say they are trustworthy and do the right thing. Well done.
They don't stay on top of insurance billing and continue to withdrawal from the bank without following up on insurance claims. We asked at appointments and were told they'd follow up and made calls. 9 months later and out $1500 because of their billing dept and the 'permanent' bottom retainer fell out 2 months after being placed. I don't recommend this place, they won't advocate for you.
I had braces years ago by Dr. Nord and over time and not wearing my retainer I came back to do Invisalign to fix a few things and it’s been the best experience! I found out I was pregnant after we had started the process and Dr. Nord and all of the other employees were always so helpful and aware of the things they could do to help make the experience easier. Everyone is so friendly and remembers me whenever I come in. I highly recommend Dr. Nord’s office to anyone!
He is the best of the best! He always has a smile on his face and asks how your day was. He knows exactly what he is doing and I am so grateful we found Dr. Nord! We love him and his staff!
They have an amazing staff and have always treated us with respect!
I was very pleased with my dental results and my experience with Dr. Nord and staff. They are all very kind. They explain well what is going on and what I needed to do to ensure the best results. My sister and I both went to Dr. Nord's office. We would choose him again. If my younger siblings need braces, they will go here as well.
Dr. Nord is an excellent orthodontist!! He makes each patient feel safe, secure and happy. I have had 3 previous orthodontists and none of them compare to Dr. Nord! Amazing job on my teeth:)
Dr. Nord and his office staff are wonderful! Great to work with my busy schedule as well as my two daughters. He is very professional and pleasant. I also like how thorough he is with both my daughters' braces/teeth. We would definitely recommend him as an orthodontist.
