Worst condo to live in due to Del Property Management. Building is poorly managed constant alarms going off and poor scheduling of maintenance. Seems like every two days theres a new problem with these guys. Constant rescheduling of unit visits. The property managers are rude and on some power trip. Been here less than a year and there has been 6 “scheduled” maintenance on the fire alarm system yet the alarm goes off constantly and not once was there an actual fire. Fire alarm goes off at least twice a month (false alarms). A lot of the time it will be the middle of the night or very early in the morning. If you have children or care about sleep do NOT move here. Ear piercing alarm which is horrid especially considering I get migraines, will blare for 20 minutes minimum.
