In 1.5 years of living here, I've heard the fire alarm 2 times. Any issues I've had were addressed right away, and I will say this is the cleanest condo building I have every walked into.
Worst condo to live in due to Del Property Management. Building is poorly managed constant alarms going off and poor scheduling of maintenance. Seems like every two days theres a new problem with these guys. Constant rescheduling of unit visits. The property managers are rude and on some power trip. Been here less than a year and there has been 6 “scheduled” maintenance on the fire alarm system yet the alarm goes off constantly and not once was there an actual fire.
