Absolutely worst building I’ve ever lived in. The management has no idea what they are doing. They try to charge tenants for everything at every opportunity. The elevator has been down for 2 months. I’m moving the ending of the month and now I found out a there is a non refundable $50 fee to move out. I’ve lived in this building for 4 years, the last 2 years has been terrible!
Elevator has been broken for over 2 months, walls are paper thin, can’t even have a normal conversation without the neighbors hearing it. All reviews about constant false fire alarms are absolutely true
In 1.5 years of living here, I've heard the fire alarm 2 times. Any issues I've had were addressed right away, and I will say this is the cleanest condo building I have every walked into.
