Checked in yesterday. Absolutely filthy. Had to leave and get hotel room for the family. One bed had dirty socks left behind, other mattress toppers were stained with urine, mattress was beyond disgusting. Couch was soaking wet. Bathrooms were not clean, dead bugs were also in the home. There is absolutely no way this home was cleaned prior to arrival. Mgmt company was unhelpful and unresponsive. The host owns the mgmt company. Stay away! I booked this rental but didn't receive the key/lock information 24 hours before check-in. Upon arriving in Orlando, I messaged the host and got the door code fairly quickly, allowing me to enter the townhouse. However, I was surprised to find another family inside who had also rented the property through a different rental app. I immediately contacted the host, who informed me that my rental was actually for a different property a few blocks away. Be careful with these people, they don’t deliver what you pay for.
They are a bunch of crooks. Do not use this company. They did not get us bookings for months which is their job. The girl that was supposedly working for us, went out of the country for 10 days without telling us, and no surprise, no bookings and no communication. They were fired a month ago and have not taken the lock off the door impeding our ability to get it listed with another management company. They're harboring thousands of dollars of our money since we fired them over a month ago. They did not check on the property ... read more
