We recently lost our father and Megan from Norcross-Weber Funeral Home took care of our arrangements. From the moment she ushered us into the office to the time she sent us home with our dad's ashes, we felt completely at ease and well taken care of. The balance of professionalism, knowledge and genuine care was perfectly in play by the funeral home; especially by Megan. There were many details that needed tending to and she addressed each one with skill and warmth, as if she were tending to her own family. Highly recommend!

We set up an appt. Ended up having to cancel because of all the things going on with my terminally Ill stepfather, we’ve never been so stressed in our lives and when we called to make a new appt. Nobody answered or ever called back, we tried for several days to no avail. N&W should be shamed of themselves for putting us through that and having to find a new funeral home. I understand you’re running a business, but that’s not an excuse for blowing us off.
