My visits to him for the last 18 years since the early days of the practice has made me feel like I live in a small town (Iowa by the Sea), and he’s the well qualified local physician who takes care of us all. He’s thorough with my health and well being, and encourages my self-reliance between visits. His capabilities onsite, warm staff, hustle and local knowledge of specialists make him the right choice for me. I’m in and out quick with what I need.
Three months ago, 2023, I went to see Dr. Norcross for a back and neck issue and needed a referral. Next thing I know his assistant takes my temperature and tells me I have 105. That is not possible, I felt fine. They would not show me the readings on the thermometer. They do a COVID test and it's negative. Of course! Two more assistants come in and they give me a N95 mask. Dr. Norcross is great! His PA Lauren is inconsiderate. I have seen Lauren many times & recently went in with concerns because of a nodule or lump on my ribs near my right breast. She examined it, noted where it was and gave me a referral to go have it checked for breast cancer. I scheduled app. & went to the clinic. There they did the mammogram, which she had ordered. HE IS UNDERSTANDING, LISTENS AND HAS THE BEST STAFF
77 year old husband fell on hard surface. Thought he broke his wrist. Went into Memorial Care lab for x-ray not realizing you need a prescription from MD. Patient called Dr. Norcross’s office Today (Sunday). Dr. Norcross called back and gave him the necessary prescription. Our whole family has loved and trusted Dr. Norcross for more than 30 years. He has never let us down.
Caring and understanding. All the while I waited 20 minutes dr. Norcross was well worth the wait. He gave me time and I believe made an accurate diagnosis with a good explanation
I have been a patient of Dr Norcross for 29 years, I've trusted him with the care of my health and my families health, and he has alway been excellent in his recommendations, in the time he takes and in the treatments he prescribes.
