Ordered Ultracraft Cabinetry through Markraft here in Wilmington, NC. Took 12 weeks to get the cabinets and panel ready fronts only for them to be made incorrectly. Instead of Ultracraft stepping up to make the situation right, we were told that it would be an additional 12 weeks to fix the problem. We are now stuck with Ultracraft who poorly planned their relocation of their facility only to leave paid customer hanging dry with unfinished panels. Will tell you your stuff is shipping (obvious lie). A single painted vanity had been ordered over a month ago & was called today to be told I will not get them until the new year. They clearly do not care about their contractors timelines or the fact that we get paid via completion of jobs. DO NOT USE ULTRACRAFT CABINETS.
Stay away from Ultracraft. 2 months on original order. 6 cabinets damaged to point of needing replacement and 19 drawer and door fronts re shipped due to poor painting. Waited 2 months for replacements. Now, all 6 replacement cabinets have various degrees of paint defects. Still unable to install cabinets. No kitchen and Ultracraft says it is not their policy to compensate customers for their poor customer service or quality. Stay away. We placed a special order for a custom vanity for a complete bathroom remodel. Frankly, our experience with Ultracraft has been abominable. Firstly, our original order for a custom vanity was delivered with the wrong doors. Ultracraft agreed to send a replacement. But, that threw a real monkey wrench in our project timing. You should not purchase anything made by Ultracraft. We made this mistake and regret it daily. The cabinets get scuffs and paint chips from being breathed on. We have had them for 6-months and already have countless issues of bubbling where there is little to no water/wetness and missing chips of paint all over. You can scratch the paint off with your fingernail, it’s just total junk.
