Buyer Beware! What a disaster!! Have had ongoing issues with cabinets from day one. Had a carpenter come to try and repair and align the botched Ultra craft crappy manufacturing job. This is truly the worst experience I have had dealing with a company. Don't buy these cabinets! Run! They are trash
Do not buy cabinets from this company. I've been waiting more than patiently for replacement parts for 7 months. Still not estimated arrival. Order was submitted in Aug, with arrival date in Oct. It's March and still no date in site. Multiple cabinets arrived damaged originally and completely off color. Stay away.
Stay away from this company!! Here is a short version of our experience. We ordered cabinets in July 2025. Cabinets were delivered in Sept 2025, but the delivery was missing 2 large custom cabinets. Delivery was promised Nov 10th and finally arrived Jan 31, 2026. Turns out that 2 doors were not included in the January delivery so now we have to wait another 10-12 weeks for those to be delivered. Ordered Ultracraft Cabinetry through Markraft here in Wilmington, NC. Took 12 weeks to get the cabinets and panel ready fronts only for them to be made incorrectly. Instead of Ultracraft stepping up to make the situation right, we were told that it would be an additional 12 weeks to fix the problem. We are now stuck with Ultracraft who poorly planned their relocation of their facility only to leave paid customer hanging dry with unfinished panels. Will tell you your stuff is shipping (obvious lie). A single painted vanity had been ordered over a month ago & was called today to be told I will not get them until the new year. They clearly do not care about their contractors timelines or the fact that we get paid via completion of jobs. DO NOT USE ULTRACRAFT CABINETS.
