I bought Ultracraft Frameless Full Access cabinets for my laundry room in September 2025 from the Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery in Washington, DC. The estimated lead time was 5-12 weeks, but it took nearly 25 weeks to receive all the pieces for installation. The quality of the cabinets components are inconsistent (eg, different frame profiles, hinges popping out, damaged corners), and I will need to replace several pieces. Do not buy cabinets from this company. I've been waiting more than patiently for replacement parts for 7 months. Still no estimated arrival. Order was submitted in Aug, with arrival date in Oct. It's March and still no date in site. Multiple cabinets arrived damaged originally and completely off color. Stay away. Update March 2026 Finally got the fridge panel and cabinet I waited 7 months for. The color is completely wrong.
Buyer Beware! What a disaster!! Have had ongoing issues with cabinets from day one. Had a carpenter come to try and repair and align the botched Ultra craft crappy manufacturing job. This is truly the worst experience I have had dealing with a company. Don't buy these cabinets! Run! They are trash

Stay away from this company!! Here is a short version of our experience. We ordered cabinets in July 2025. Cabinets were delivered in Sept 2025, but the delivery was missing 2 large custom cabinets. Delivery was promised Nov 10th and finally arrived Jan 31, 2026. Turns out that 2 doors were not included in the January delivery so now we have to wait another 10-12 weeks for those to be delivered.
