Don't even waste your time with these guys. Unprofessional isn't even the right word for them. Not only do they not communicate, but they will also give you the runaround. If you choose to pull out, they deny your credit, disclose your confidential information with other parties (Via email). One star is too kind. After attempting to get a mortgage through these guys, I would advise staying away. A process that is already stressful was made five-times more so, over and over, for weeks on end. Their speed and efficiency is very questionable, if not nonexistent. They are barely willing to go out of their way to work with you, and they are fast to play the blame game or shove you off onto other parties.
