The worst company and product i have ever experienced in my 60 years. Not only is the product garbage, the refrigerator is either hot or ice cold no in between. I have thrown out $1000s of food. After only 6 months old and Norcold wont honor the 3 year warranty. Im told to buy the parts and fix myself yet the parts are not available anywhere. Customer service is nonexistence, condescending and just outright useless.
