We have used McGee service multiple times. They are courtesy, and quick. The front desk manager even remembered my sons illness which was almost 9 months since I had last seen him. Good service, great customer service. Highly recommend!

I had my car to Rick Johnson as the engine light went on and I wanted to see what was up. I had to leave fl on a medical emergency right after. The problem never went away. I just took it to the Toyota Dealer and they told the oxygen sensor that I was told was the problem and they fixed for a mere 550 dollars could NEVER have happened. It was the oil control valve for the vvt and only cost 325. I called the manager at Rick Johnson and he was very rude said it couldn't happen. Practically theft! - - The guy at the counter was nice enough and the oil change was a decent price HOWEVER, the estimate they gave me for the parts i needed was grossly overpriced! They were going to charge me several hundred dollars just for the parts (not including labor.) I was able to go to advanced auto and buy the parts i needed for a total of $48! Then I found someone on craigslist who has their own shop and they put the parts in for $80. Im pretty disgusted that they lied about the price of the parts. I suggest alwa... read more

BEWARE!!! This business flat out lied and attempted to intimidate my wife when she took the car in for a state inspection. They tried to tell her the car could only be towed away if she did not get her brakes fixed with them. They offered to "fix" the front brakes for $695.00. LOL, what idiots! Search for other reviews and you will find a trend of dishonest service. Overpriced, dishonest!

I've been a long time customer of Rick's. Recently, they fix my car since I needed it the next day. They have always been completely honest with me. There rates are very reasonable. I will not go to any other mechanic.

Pleasantly surprised with the nice staff, and how fasted they worked. They tended to my needs immediately and made sure that when I left I was okay. I have been to lots of Automotive Repair Shops and at last this is a match made in heaven.

I brought my mother's car in to have them diagnose a problem with noise coming from the front end of the car. It was determined that the two front rims were bent. I had them order and put two new rims and tires on the car. The car is running smooth and there isn't anymore noise.

Best brake's job I have ever had! I needed brake pads, rotors, and calipers. The best part of all is Rick Johnson Auto & Tire is the only place in town that gives a 100% warranty on ALL parts.
