RecommendedGreat, quick, professional service. I was kind of hoping to stay longer because I was given (not asked) a cold bottle of water, provided comfortable seating with a good TV in a small room with AC. For a small, additional fee, I got my headlights shined. 👍👍👍👍👍

Went to get my car smog today. After arriving at the busy, waited around for 10 minutes and no one was around even with the doors wide open. I even tried to call the busy and there was no answer. The companies next door didn't even say a word about where someone might be. Took my business somewhere else.
There was a total of 3 cars smoged while I was there. Two failed. Mine was one of them. My emission numbers were very low and easily met the criteria. My car was failed visually because I have an aftermarket Injen Air Filter which allows my car to be more efficient - hence the low smog numbers. I showed him the filters CARB sticker and he still failed it. My car is 11y old and I installed the filter the 2nd month I owned it. I came in for a smog check...and i needed a star smog...everywere else they wanted 60 to 80 dollars for a smog...so i came in to "norco smog check"were it only cost me 45 flat no extra charges or b.s thanks i would recommend to.all my friends
This place is a scam the guy lies and makes you pay an extream amout of money even if you car fails then he was more money if you come back to smog again. I argued with the guy and said he is a scamer he told me he would not give me my paperwork back till I gave him money. I would never deal with this guy paying $50 for your car to fail then I took it down the street passed with no problems and the guy at the smog shop down the street told me he gets alot of people comming to him after they fide out nocro star are scammers. ... read more
