Our tech Erick came out and serviced our AC units and gave us a report on its condition. He replaced filters and cleaned out coils as well. Will use them again.
Juan and his crew put a Lennox system in and did it fast and efficient. Works great! Had an issue last year with a leaking coil. They had Lennox order a replacement coil. Crew came out, took the old one out, went to Lennox to get the replacement, but Lennox had ordered the wrong unit, so they patched the coil and put it back in. Asked if they had ordered a replacement, but got no answer. Had a disagreement with this one service call as Lennox ordered the wrong part and they had to put my old coil back in after they pulled it... read more
