Juan and his screw were phenomenal! Were on time and very polite. Got the job done before it became super hot outside. System is perfect for what I need and Juan answered all my questioned thoroughly. You can’t go wrong using NorCo! They are coming back and replacing my smaller unit as well.
I really should be leaving zero stars for this company. I had an appointment at 8am and was told this morning that a tech couldn't be out until 12-2. I sent back that time will be fine. I understand the busy season in Texas. 2pm comes and goes and at 3 I ask if I can get an ETA on my tech. I was then told since I didn't respond to the new time I've been passed over. Juan and his guys did an excellent job installing (2) units (air handler/condensers) in our attic in December 2019. They also installed three new upstairs returns for me in two bedrooms and a game room. We’ve had them out twice since the install to re-balance the airflow due to room shuffling, always on time, thorough and fair price for their service calls.
We built our house new 7 years ago. We had this company come and install our system. It has worked like a champ. In April our unit stopped working and they went through the manufacturer warranty to get us a big discount. Last night our AC went out and they texted what to do until morning. Then this morning they got us in quickly and got everything fixed and did that for no charge. Very honest , smart, hard working, respectful guys. Would definitely continue to use them.
