I came in to fill a CO2 tank and work with Steve at the welding supply counter. He was a great help and extremely friendly. I have him a hard time for taking my nice new tank for my new kegerator and he gave me a plain tank in return. He then went in the back and shuffled through the takes to match the tank I traded them for. He and his companion were very easy to work with. I will definable back! Thanks Steve…Cheers!

Absolutely horrible, How this company is still in business is beyond me, there customer service is non existent. They double bill, They take insurance money, And also bill you. Ask anyone of there clients and I guaranty they will tell you stay away from this company,

I wish I could give Norco in Seattle 0 stars. The woman who waited on us was extremely rude, and borderline competent. After waiting for hours to get our equipment, we questioned if we would get our device before the store closed--and were physically intimidated and verbally attacked. The store manager finally diffused the situation, but she could have solved the issue and gotten us on our way much if she had helped the employee much earlier. The worst possible service. Every person with whom I dealt was unhelpful and condescending. All I needed was replacement parts for a CPAP. They acted as if dealing with me was a profound bother. Indeed, they acted like I was a nuisance.

Horrible care, they received my script from my doctor, and never worked on it. My doctor submitted a script for a new walker for me. Six weeks later they "just found it" when I called. And she kept apologizing, this is the 2nd time they pulled this. Very poor business and unorganized. Go someplace else.

Service was terrible. I brought my CPAP machine to them for replacement or repair as the humidifier wouldn't heat up. The indolent, condescending girl behind the counter told me it was not broken and there was nothing she could do. I told her that yes it was broken but she would have none of it. "Look, I said, I have used a CPAP every night for ten years and I know when it's broken." She became offended and told me that if I wanted a new machine I would have to get a new prescription.
