Love Mom’s Doc, Brigid. However, scheduling an appointment for 10:20 AM, placed in a room at 10:52 AM…. Once in the room, waiting forever, I notice this new sign… Photo attached. Walked out at 11:30. Never saw the doctor… This office has Zero respect for time. Eastvale office is so much better, and remains on time with appointments. I recommend Eastvale office!
I had an unpleasant experience with the receptionist at this office. When I arrived, she was dismissive and spoke in a rude tone while addressing my questions. Healthcare settings can already be stressful for patients, so basic courtesy and professionalism from front desk staff is very important. Dr Ayla is great. However anytime I need to follow up on anything I get transferred to her medical assistant Diana. I have been trying to get my medical records for an appointment I have and she never returns voicemails.
Used to be so good. Now can't get a call back, don't get results to tests until you call 2 or 3 times.
I have been a patient of Dr Nelson for over 20 years, I have not had a need to see a Dr in 2 1/2 years so I made an appointment and was told I would be a new patient, I show up for my appointment and was told it was canceled which I was not notified of and then told I would need to switch Doctors. I will just find another provider, Dr Nelson is great but I guess its time for a new Doctor.
