My experience with ALL the Chubbuck Norco staff is 5 Star! ALL the staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. They fixed a problem on my wife's scooter that we didn't even buy from Norco. The technician replaced a bearing my using his amazing ingenuity. The scooter is as good as new. If they had not fixed the problem, I would have to buy a whole new scooter. Thanks for going the extra mile!
