Great work, not so great communications. We spent a LOT of money with them and getting Drew to communicate with us was a huge challenge. He would literally disappear from communicating for weeks. He sets expectations and then breaks them on almost every occasion. I had to push very hard on some occasions to get their work to the jobsite when promised.
