The 2nd time I've had a yearly check up and Dr Norch has not shown up to the office for her patients. The office staff had no idea what was going on and hadn't heard from her. The office staff has no etiquette either. Finding a new dr!
This Dr. is the most unprofessional and least compassionate Dr. My husband was her patient at the nursing home and after 2.5 years he came home. I called Dr. Norchs office to see if he could remain seeing her as his Dr. The person that answered the phone got all his information including the fact that he was a new patient outside of the facility. Loved it! They take excellent care of my mom and Dr. Norch dresses to the nines her office staff is very patient and kind. They are very professional and we’re grateful for them.
I would STAY away from this doctors office…the staff is not friendly.. they will have you standing around with no clear directions while they’re chatting and gossiping. I went in for bloodwork the month of June 2024.. when the results came back they left a voice message with the results. I’m fine with that… the voice message stated that I need to be referred to a hematologist…. So when I called in someone told me that I was referred and if I don’t receive a call back in 2 weeks that I should call their office again and they’... read more
