I was called on my way to see the Dr about 30 minutes before my appointment, saying that she wouldn't be available and that I can reschedule at a later time. I don't live in Canton. That was over a year and a half ago and that was it for me. I've had another dr for about a year and a half now but dr Elena's office called me in October about an appointment that had been scheduled for last year!!! In May, Dr Norch cancelled and rescheduled my 92 year old mother's appt for July. When we showed up for her July appt, the doctor wasn't available to see her. The staff provided no details. It takes my mother a significant amount of time to get ready for an appt and to get from the car into the office. Not being notified of the doctor's absence was unprofessional. However, after doing some online research, the state medical board provided the reason for her absence. My mother now has a new primary care physician.
The doctor is not in a hurry and answers all your questions. Her bedside manner is very good and her staff is efficient.
Never had a problem. Always good experience's with myself and daughter
