Needed Kabota parts and after calling all over the states and not finding out how to get a transmission case for our tractor, I called Nor Cal Tractor and they got me the part I needed, with super fast shipping and the correct part. I called back to order more parts and Chuck took my order and I had all the parts in a couple days. I highly recommend this place. Customer service is superb.

I rented a dump trailer from Nor Cal Tractor & Equipment, and the experience was terrible. The hydraulic system didn't work because the battery was dead, forcing me to use jumper cables from my truck to dump the trailer. The spreader gate wouldn't open due to a bent pin, and the ramps were so damaged and bent that re-racking them was a hassle. TLDR- Excellent customer service. Fantastic field service. Great delivery staff. Flexible, reasonable, affordable. I'm developing a remote piece of property with some access challenges and have been turned down by a different firm due to the location. No problem for Nor Cal. I had two service issues that can arise working with heavy equipment, Nor Cal had their excellent field service mechanic on site within a couple of hours and I was up and running the same day both times.
