Chris was very helpful, responsive, honest and straightforward. I’m in love with my refurbished hot tub at an unbeatable price. The competition wanted $ 900 just to deliver the spa and Chris did it for free, helped me save $ w the electric hookup and has answered all my questions and then some. I have been recommending NorCal Spa to all my friends as the easiest and cheapest way of getting a top of the line tub w a one year warranty for a fraction of the price.
Love my “new” spa! Excellent value for the price. Chris was very knowledgeable, friendly, and had great communication. Definitely recommend buying from NorCal Spas.
