While Dr. Rankin is a gifted surgeon, my experience with his Marin office was deeply frustrating. The administrative side is unfortunately a shambles; I dealt with inexperienced staff and was regularly left waiting in a cold exam rooms, undressed, once for a full 45 minutes. Most concerning was receiving a surprise $400 bill for "required pathology services" that was never disclosed in my initial surgery quote. Had such a good experience with Dr. Rrankin and the staff. Had some huge eye bags under the eye and went to see him. Had the surgery couple weeks later and fairly pain free and got rid of those bags. Just Tylenol and a little bruising and no more bags. Thanks guys.
