Josh spoke with me over the phone, explained how to get my yard ready for him to aerate and came a few days later. Did a fantastic job, I couldn't be happier. I tried doing it myself with a manual tool and it was a nightmare so I was watching him do it while smiling! He went over areas multiple times and was incredibly thorough.
