A hidden gem in Sacramento! The facility is awesome and has everything you need. The space is set up well so you never feel crowded or like you’re waiting for equipment. And the staff is AMAZING. Very friendly and supportive atmosphere. AJ goes out of his way to make sure you feel welcome.

Great gym! 100% recommend. Welcoming, great people that empower and motivate you to do your best, safety first approach and best part is an environment full of laughter and joy. I actually look forward to my gym classes each night. All the equipment you could need and AJ is so knowledgeable he can ensure you stay injury free and help you work thru past injuries.
