I had a great experience at NorCal Cryosauna. One thing I really appreciated was their InBody scale. It provides much more detailed information than a regular scale, including body fat percentage, muscle mass, and other useful metrics that help track progress over time.

I would not recommend this cryotherapy stuff. It's been a year or two since I had it done and my body continues to freeze daily. I'm uncomfortable and often have to use heating pads to warm up. This woman turned me into a freezer from the thighs down. This is nuts. I hate my life now. No one should have to live like this. ☹️
