THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. The day before our service, I called all day and no one answered the phone, I then sent an email and I got a response. Then when I responded back asking a question, no response. The next day, the day of our service I called from 10-2 and not once did I get a call back, I sent another email as our appointment was at 2. They never came. No apology no reschedule no nothing. We’re having a baby on Saturday and wanted a clean car, this business is so unprofessional. Thanks for nothing.
Made appt prior week for 9:00am 1/18 detail and wax. No one called to confirm. Called them. Was told of issue not related to me. Would get back to me. No return call. Called back 1 hour later To find out problem. Nasreen said would call me at 12:30. Never did. Called them a couple times more. No answer. Guess they don't need the business. And I wasted a whole day.
NO SHOW! We scheduled a mobile detailing last week and they called and emailed to reschedule to today. We received the email confirmation they would be here today at 1 p.m. and we made sure to be home by then. However, they have not shown up, will not answer the phone or return our calls, and will not respond to e-mails.
