I cannot say enough good things about this company. We started using Norburg last year. We had zero pool experience and were nervous about caring for our pool in our new home. Mary Beth, who runs the office, was so amazing about explaining exactly how opening our pool would go. She even arranged for the pool man, Mike, to give us a crash course.
