Great customer service This store has a very knowledgeable staff. They have free water testing and can fix most pumps and filters. During the holiday seasons there is a great selection of holiday decorations!!!!!!!!!!!

GOT SCREWED !!! DO NOT GO HERE !!! Gave them a down payment on a BEAUTIFUL 18' Round last year. When we called to discuss the pool we WERE going to buy... They DOUBLED THE PRICE !!! Saying we needed the "package" to instal the pool. We drove to the store to discuss the situation in person, and QUICKLY desided that this was not a company to do bussiness with. We asked to get our down payment back after being "TOLD" what was discussed, and that "YOUR WRONG" and was told "NO REFUND" We will give you a store credit instead... Af... read more
Awesome! I had a pleasant experience at Norbert Pools. The customer service was great! I totally love my new patio furniture. I referred all my friends to them, and I will go back to them for more outdoor entertainment.
Waste of time WHY don't they allow you to view online ?? I'd just like to get an idea before I make the trip to the store. Let's get with the 21st century. WHY have a website when you cant view the products !
