If I could give this business zero stars, I would. Lab cases are never picked up or returned on time. If you want something on time, you need to call 15 times to remind the owner (Norbert) that a case is due to your office. The courier that he uses is so unprofessional, she will walk into your office yelling and demanding to use the bathroom as a condition to pick up the case.
