As far as seeking employment with Norabella in Centerville, I personally wouldn't recommend doing so to anyone. As of 11/11/2024, I was supposed to have an interview with the executive director whose name was clearly stated in the email that I had received. Upon arrival, I was told that the executive director wasn't there, and a staff member did the interview with me. I was called the next day with an offer for the job. This place is terrible. They are always short staffed especially in morning. Staff is not kind at all. I do not recommend bringing a love one here.
Norbella isn’t just a great place to live, it is a great place to work! The care staff are the epitome of person centered care. The facility is kept clean and has great live music at least once a week! It is great watching residents thrive in such a great environment!
As the 1st time I walked in NorBella, I fell in love with it!! From Maggie down to the lawn service, EVERYONE has been kind to me!!!
