My experience has been positive at the Centerville facility. When they first opened, it was a little rough because staffing was not consistent. That has changed for the better. Norbella is small, so clients receive personalized attention. The activity director Mindy is fabulous. She Organizes musical guests , bingo, manicures, exercise…and fun outings. The facility is also very clean because Denise is in charge of housekeeping and she is immaculate!! Such a Hard-working employee !
I have a family member that is there and he is well taken care of. It is a beautiful facility.
NorBella Centerville is one of the premier assisted living and senior living communities in Centerville. From the first visit, it’s clear this community prioritizes comfort, safety, and quality of life. The building is modern, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed to support independence while providing the right level of care.
As far as seeking employment with Norabella in Centerville, I personally wouldn't recommend doing so to anyone. As of 11/11/2024, I was supposed to have an interview with the executive director whose name was clearly stated in the email that I had received. Upon arrival, I was told that the executive director wasn't there, and a staff member did the interview with me. I was called the next day with an offer for the job.
