I’ve been going to this gym for a while now. I used to be a proud member of the 5AM club, but life happened and apparently 5AM and I are no longer friends, so I’ve made my way over to the 5:30PM crew. I can honestly say this place seems to get better every day. The coaches, the workouts, the community, all of it. It’s just a great group of people who show up, put in the work, talk a little trash, and somehow keep coming back the next day. NorBeau is an amazing gym with an incredible coaching staff! The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and invested in helping every member succeed. The programming can be modified for all ages and fitness levels, so everyone feels welcome and capable. I highly recommend NorBeau to anyone looking to improve their fitness in a fun and welcoming environment!
I’ve been a part of Norbeau since 2021. When I first stepped foot into the gym I immediately thought I was in the wrong place. Big weights didn’t seem like my thing. I was so wrong! Think about getting group “personal training” every day! Each workout can be custom to your level of fitness and the coaches know exactly what modifications are needed. The coaches are incredibly patient and spent extra time ensuring my form was correct before I even touched a heavy weight. Every workout is scalable, so I never felt like I couldn't keep up.
