George, the cleaner was great! He cleaned my SUV in under 2 hours. Although he forgot to clean my glove box which I knew was an honest mistake. The real issue is working out a resolution with Nora, the owner. She offered a $20 discount on my next service or for George to come back to clean it up which I thought was fair. But George is really old and it would take him an hour round trip to take 5 min to clean it so I didn't want to do that. Either way I'm out of town.
