The attention Nora's support team places on follow up care for Residents during hospital care and treatment goes beyond what many would expect. Good emphasis on updating medical information booklet from where medical responders could carry over.

My mother in law was placed here for a brief time & endured neglect by this care facility, she was not bathed on a normal basis & was left unattended numerous times in which On one ocassion she had a fall & broke her hip, there were also countless bruises on arms , Since switching her to another care home I have not seen any more bruises. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

We couldn't ask for better care for our Mom who has Alsheimers in these last three years.

Mom's been there 3 years. Wonderful staff. Nora is easy to work with. Only the relative lack of recreation keeps it from a 5 in my book.
