5/5 experience! I had such a great experience shopping here. I found the exact dress I was looking for, and the staff was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Their customer service is honestly the best. What makes this store stand out is that they actually allow you to try on the dresses and they alter them to your measurements for free, which is very hard to find in Sunset Park. I had an okay experience at this dress shop. One thing to note is that you’re limited to trying on only 5 dresses, which felt pretty restrictive, especially when you’re still figuring out your style. There was also only one worker helping everyone, so it could feel a bit slow and not very personalized at times. The shop has just two dressing rooms, which added to the wait.
