Had a last minute emergency with my favorite suit before an important job interview, pants ripped at the seam and the jacket was wrinkled beyond belief. I walked into Nora’s cleaners with zero notice and a lot of hope. Not only did she fix the seam while I waited, but she also gave the suit a fresh press and refused to overcharge me like the other cleaners. been getting my pants and shirts tailored here for a year now, never had any issues and lady is nice :) seems like some other comments don’t understand that they have to know what they want in terms of alterations being that they are for you confirmation in sizes
This review is a Pro Tip for the business Owner - Ok first let me just start by saying look at the businesses response to all the negative feedback they get. NOT ONCE has this company taken accountability for ANYTHING! They just blame the customers or other employees for everything.
