Pierre is a brilliant chef. The canapes were fresh and delicious, the crab entrée imaginative, the beef main was perfect and the souffle was delicious. The table service was very professional. My guests rated the meal and experience as first class.
I recently hired Pierre for my wife’s birthday celebration with close family. His communication in the lead up was prompt, precise and professional which helped create an organised event. The food was delicious and the dinner party all loved the menu and experience. I would certainly recommend.
