this was the worst experience of my life , never purchase windows from this company. the screens fall out when the wind blows,windows leak, i have ice on my windows they are only 8 months old. after all the problems i had NORANDEX never helped with any problem. i couldn't even get a call back from their manager Mark Gary. he told me its not his problem which is not true because they threatened to sue me if i didn't pay them. after settling on a price and norandex told me i would have full warranty.
