Originally quoted $1,590 for replacement of timing belt and rocker cover gasket but when I returned the car, the cost increased to $2,000. After disputing this, NSC only offered a partial refund without negotiation and refused further communication. I later discovered they record phone conversations without informing customers, which raises serious concerns about consent.
