I was either the first or second client of Lydia's when she started her chiropractic business. I continued to see Lydia for some years whilst I was living in the area. I had severe neck issues, whiplash from car accident. She was so fantastic ALL THE TIME! She operated with such joy. care and time. I always felt 'seen' and understood. Sam is the most effective and intuitive massage therapist I have ever encountered. His range of repertoire provides me with a relief from a shoulder pain and a general set of posture problems, and we are slowly getting there for my future comfort. Sam's honesty and flexibility in trying things out--and his sharing of lived experience as a person who has experienced similar pain--made a great difference for me in trusting him in our sessions.
