I spent more time on paperwork than being seen. Should have listened to my gut and Google Reviews.
Terrible customer service. Rebooked twice...each for over 8 additional MONTHS. Don't care about customer needs. Prepare to wait. Excuses, excuses, excuses.
I had an appointment with Dr. Michael Sethna today. Although I had to wait a bit Dr. Sentha apologized for keeping me waiting. I have many doctor's appointments and I've never had a doctor apologize for keeping me waiting before. Dr. Sentha was incredibly thorough and thoughtful with my complicated and difficult case. He was funny and made me feel good. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sentha and his wonderful support staff.
This place is a disappointment!!! If you are having any kind of pack pain, sciatica or any nerve pain do not go to this place.. if you want to get treatment thus place is not the place. They only diagnose you. If I knew that was the case I would of went straight to a place that diagnose and get treatment at the same time...
The worst experiences at this clinic. I’ve given feedback multiple times and mistakes keep happening. Waiting over 40 minutes for your appointment, when asked to arrive 15 min early is unacceptable. Lack of response, cancelled medications without consent. Inexcusable.
