If I could give Noran less than 1 star for the care and waste of time they put my mother through I would. DO NOT send your loved one with dementia to this joke of a clinic. My mom was seen here 4 years ago and had seen 3 different doctors. Multiple tests and they just tried to pawn her off to another facility. Dr. Lux even told my father to have her go to a psychiatric facility. He made an appointment there and then found out that they don’t even care for dementia patients. ALLINA affiliated. One of the most in debt in country. Very sad. No follow through. I would not recommend. Many years ago I went here and had a doctor with a PHD and MD from the best schools. I'm still mortified by his lack of common sense and the tol it took on me. I had a concussion and my eyes were not working. He told me to see a physical therapist in Deephaven. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are incompetent. This patient is a great historian of events. The doctor with his PHD and MD lacks common sense and he touts going to the best schools. I had a concussion with eye problems when I went to see him after a car accident. He has zero contacts he sent me from Lake Elmo to Deephaven for physical therapy. How did he think I would drive there? My husband was in the same car accident. No follow through. I would not recommend.
I can only speak for the providers/nurses I was dealing with as I know someone who has gotten amazing care here and the people at the front desk are very nice. My review is strictly about Dr. Chandrabalen’s team.
