Dr. Chandrabalan’s appointment was a complete letdown. I sought help for serious symptoms but she dismissed them with a brief exam, ordering no diagnostic tests or tools, providing no direction or next steps, and offering no avenues for symptom relief. Her cold, dismissive attitude made my health symptoms feel entirely unimportant, leaving me without answers or a path forward. Patients deserve a neurologist who listens and investigates—choose another doctor for proper care.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I can't review a doctor because we've never seen one! In January an appointment was scheduled for my 84 yr old father and it was cancelled the same day by the clinic in March. No reason given. We called to reschedule and got May 30th. We showed up today, scheduler said the clinic called to cancel a week ago. We checked the voicemail there and there was no message, my parents were home all day.
