Donna is a master at her craft. I had a truly unique experience - so much more than a traditional massage you might receive elsewhere.
Our appointment was cancelled 12 hours before, allowing me no time to find a new place for us to go and get a couples massage today. Upsetting. I do understand that things happen and your policy clearly states that (whatever). You still need to take better care of your customers and be more "sorry" in these situations if you want to maintain a 5 star place. Don't defend yourself, find more coverage or give a gift card next time.
My wife and I spent the most amazing 90 minutes here today for a couples massage, and i would recommend anyone looking for a massage therapist to book an appointment NOW.
Donna was amazing. Best massage I’ve ever had!! Can’t wait to go back.
