Coming from a S&C background, CrossFit movements were never on my radar of either programming or having fun. For those interested in CrossFit I highly recommend coming along to Norak for a class. What can you expect. No intimidations from the members or coaches, a class full of belly laughs, programming that caters to all levels of experience and above all you’ll have FUN
Norak is an incredible place with a vibrant community. I personally never liked gym environments until I found Norak. The coaches are highly skilled and knowledgeable and will modify movements to ensure everyone feels included and welcomed. I started with zero fitness experience and I've grown stronger in the last years both physically and mentally. Thank you for your continued guidance and support. It is a gift to know you all.
Love the Norak coaches, community, and environment! The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. They meet people where they’re at and push us to do more/better as appropriate. The community and environment is hands down the best I’ve experienced in my over 20 years of attending gyms. Not only am I a CrossFit convert, I’m hooked for life to the Norak community!!
