I have been getting reports from multiple people who were employees. They are afraid this company will go after them if they speak out. But, I say screw that. I will speak for them, there is discrimination in this company. There is a horrible training procedure; if you struggle to understand the policies and procedures it is your fault. They kept on saying about someone named Diane being disrespectful to them and how if you ask for help to understand something, you are treated like a kid.

I've been working with this company for several years. Their product is fantastic, the service, however has been horrible. We manufacture sandals/shoes and use their rubber for outsoles. The product we use seems to always be on backorder and they promise that they'll have more in stock but it never happens. Sometimes we order it and they say they have it then come back and say it's on backorder and we have to wait for it to come from Germany.
