Just so the public is aware, this doctor is NO LONGER a provider with Adventhealth. Scheduled a new patient appointment, confirmed, and showed up at the Port Orange Pavilion only to find their offices have now moved to another location. Get there to find out this doctor no longer practices with this office and had to reschedule for a different doctor so I can leave work early 2 days in a row! Thanks for the heads up Adventhealth!
