Just awful. I went in for a biometric scan that was required by my work (fully covered by insuarance). I got a bill for lab tests for 50$. I contacted HR and they said that the doctor billed me for things not required for the biometric screening hence the bill. I contacted billing but unfortunately they couldn’t help me because the office switched to Advocate shortly after my visit so i wasn’t in their system.
