I would like to start with saying that whoever is in HR or in charge of the hiring process needs to do a better job with picking employees. The young female that helped us had a very discourteous attitude. She sat at her desk instead of acknowledging customers right away. She also had her AirPods in while trying to get her attention. Overall the whole service was not great. There needs to be better training for employees or hire better trained people.
