Don't see her if you're fat and/or anxious. You can have an actual problem, and she'll stand ten toes down on it being related to one of those two things. And god forbid you show her a slightly blurry photo of a malar rash. She'll glance at it and tell you your rash doesn't spare the naso-labial lines, and is rosacea (despite not having most features of rosacea). I cannot say enough about the wonderful care and diagnosis I received from Dr. Serghany. My knee and leg inflammation issues have been solved! I had been told by two specialists I was in need of knee replacement surgery which has turned out to be unnecessary. I’m so thankful to Dr. Serghany for giving me my independence back!
