EXCELLENT doctor that i would trust with managing any health concerns no matter how extensive your medical history may be. Unfortunately as I have discovered their medical records office has been impossible to work with. They are unresponsive and cannot get in touch through any means of communication as I am attempting to get life insurance but have been delayed over a month because I cannot get access to my medical records.
Changed my review on Houston Methodist to positive because they cleaned up the mess this one made. Screenshot attached. Nothing but stress and pain for weeks because she conveniently didn't receive a refill request that was indeed submitted in accordance with her protocol. It's funny how my last provider noticed an unfulfilled refill and followed through as a courtesy, yet Dr. Hart couldn't even do it herself with a request in her inbox. I have been a patient of Dr. Hart for 8 or 9 years now. She is an exceptional physician—thorough, accurate in her diagnoses, and genuinely attentive. She takes the time to listen and communicates with clarity and humility.
Dr. Hart and her staff are always very professional in all areas. They are very polite and hospitable in greeting in the waiting room, to her staff nurse getting you settled in your room, and to the exam my Dr. Hart herself. She takes the time to listen and really cares about her patients.
