Found the same EXACT dresses at Nordstrom for 1/2 the price. Far from "exclusive"!

Worst service ever. My wife got a dress here, used it one time and a lot of the stones fell off. Since we live in Sweden we had problems shipping it. Instead my wife emailed with the store to get help. No help was offered. Since we go to Vegas quite often we took the dress with us anf brougt it to the store. The manager wasn't there as promised. Her collegues said they would give the dress to a taylor and have it fixed. The manager was also going to call and make arrangemengs with my wife. The manager didn't call. The dress ... read more

You purchased the dress over a year ago and as was explained very politely to your wife - we cannot be an insurance company for damage or stains on a dress that has been worn over the course of a year.
