One of the workers showd me his rifle that was not supposed to be in his work truck
While the older gentleman was working at Sonic across from Walmart on their AC and refrigeration system, the younger guy who stayed in the truck was recording me on their phone as I passed by them. When I looked at him he shouted out from the vehicle saying "want to see the playback." How rude and disrespectful can you be? Absolutely Amazing. They are 10 stars.
I came back to comment that our unit was installed by Nor-Tex right before the pandemic. It has not worked properly since we moved into our new home. The unit freezes, water leaks through our ceiling multiple times each summer, every summer from day 1. We blow out and clean the line every week. I’m reminded tonight as we sweat in a hot house as we don’t have air conditioning, again. We will spend hundreds, again, multiple times this summer to have the new unit serviced.
